    Sellers are expected to ship items within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping carrier.

    If your item is lost, please work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the item arrives damaged, buyers may contact you or Travel Ball Depot support for assistance with resolving the issue at support@travelballdepot.com
    Package items securely to prevent damage. Use protective materials like bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or sturdy boxes. Make sure to use a shipping carrier that provides tracking.
    Travel Ball Depot charges a selling fee of 10% and in addition to selling fees, there is a 2.9% payment processing fee of the cost of the product bought plus an additional .30 cents. There is a $5 minimum once an item is sold.
    To start selling, create an account and navigate to "Sell or Become a Vendor" to list your items. Be sure to provide accurate descriptions, a lot of images, and details about the item’s condition.
    Once the seller ships your order, they will provide tracking information then you can track order via our website.
    You may cancel your order before the seller has shipped the item. Contact us immediately at support@travelballdepot.com to request cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped, though you may be eligible for a return in some cases.
