1. Eligibility for Returns

Items purchased on Travel Ball Depot may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Misrepresentation: The item does not match the description provided by the seller (e.g., wrong model, incorrect size, misleading condition).
  • Damage During Shipping: The item arrives damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging.
  • Non-Delivery: The item is not received due to the seller’s failure to ship.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and returned within 7 days from the date of receipt to be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items accurately described in the listing that the buyer no longer wants or changes their mind about.
  • Items labeled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” by the seller.
  • Items with minor wear typical of pre-owned equipment or with cosmetic imperfections.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, follow these steps:

  • Approval for Return: If approved, you will receive return instructions and may be required to ship the item back to the seller.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or misrepresentation by the seller. In such cases, the seller may be responsible for covering return shipping.

4. Seller Responsibilities for Returns

Sellers are expected to:

  • Accurately describe each item’s condition and any notable flaws.
  • Ship items promptly and ensure they are properly packaged to avoid damage.
  • Accept returns for items that do not match their description or condition as listed.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

5. Refund Processing on Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Travel Ball Depot may mediate disputes if there is a disagreement between buyer and seller over the return.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a return request is disputed by the seller, Travel Ball Depot may step in to review the transaction details, item descriptions, and any evidence provided. All decisions made by Travel Ball Depot regarding return disputes are final.
